Identify this cylinder

Can anyone recognize the manufacturer of this cylinder. Although it could actually be an air cylinder, it is used as a low pressure hydraulic cylinder on a saw grinder.
The barrell is brass, the gland and base cap are aluminum, the piston is aluminum, the rod is chrome plated shafting.
I would cross this out to a Bimba or Clippard, but the mounting threads are metric.
The pictred cylinder has a Total overal retracted length of 254mm, 138mm stroke, 12mm rod, 35mm bore
This grinding facility has a lot of these cylinders, but there are no markings on them indicating who the manufacturer is.

We used to use a cylinder that looked similar to that from SMC, it was used in the tool & mould industry. What I recognize the most is the piston it looks familiar it has been at least 8 years since I had one in my hand. They were a low pressure hydraulic cylinder and had a aluminum piston. Would give it a try at the time they were not in the catalog by were available.
